A note About December

This December, I’ll be taking some much-needed time for Ayurvedic healing in India to nurture my body and mind. It’s a chance for deep rest and rejuvenation, so I can return feeling renewed and ready to hold space for you in the best way possible.

All classes will be suspended for the month and will resume on Friday 5th January.

If you’d like to stay connected to your practice during this time, you can explore my on-demand library for a variety of yoga classes available to suit your needs.
