During this 6 week course, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga practice, including key postures, body alignment and awareness, breathwork, and some basic meditation. This course is designed to give you the basics tools that you need to join group classes with ease and get the most out of your practice in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The Ashtanga method is a specific sequence of postures with a strong emphasis on syncing breath with movement. It is a dynamic all round practice designed to build strength, flexibility and stamina in both body and mind.
With a regular and consistent yoga practice you can improve your flexibility, strength and stamina both physically and mentally adding a richness to your existence that flows right off the mat and into the rest of your life.
