Hi, Im Sayeeda,

a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic lifestyle advisor, and forever student of these beautiful, messy, healing practices.

My work is grounded in ancient wisdom, but also in very real, lived experience. I’ve navigated my way through addiction, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence and chronic illness, and it’s been through yoga and Ayurveda that I’ve slowly found my way back to balance, over and over again.

These practices help me meet myself with more compassion. Give me tools to steady my nervous system. Help me listen more deeply to what I actually need. And that’s what I share now, with honesty, care, and zero pressure to be anyone other than who you already are.

Alongside group classes, I offer one-to-one sessions shaped around you, your body, your energy, and whatever you’re working through right now.
