These terms apply to memberships, class passes, drop-in bookings, and on-demand access provided by Sada Yoga.

1. Membership Structure

  • Memberships are offered on a rolling 30-day basis with no minimum commitment.
  • Membership renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled by the member.
  • Membership provides access to in-person classes, live online classes, and/or on-demand content, depending on the membership selected at the time of purchase.

2. Payments and Renewal

  • Memberships are billed in advance every 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Payments renew automatically unless the membership is cancelled by the member.
  • If payment fails, access to membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation by the Member

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time.
  • Cancellation can be completed either:
    • via the online membership portal, or
    • by contacting Sada Yoga directly.
  • Once cancelled, the membership will remain active until the end of the current paid 30-day billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for unused time remaining within a billing period.

4. Class Bookings

  • All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • If you need to cancel a class booking, please do so at least 4 hours before the class starts.
  • This allows the space to be offered to another participant.
  • In exceptional circumstances, late cancellations may be considered at the teacher’s discretion.

5. Holidays and Planned Breaks

  • The teacher may take periods of holiday or planned breaks during the year.
  • During these times, live classes may be paused.
  • Where a planned break is extended, the teacher may, at their discretion:
    • temporarily pause memberships
    • offer access to on-demand content
    • offer a partial refund where appropriate
  • Replacement classes are not guaranteed.
  • Planned breaks will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

6. Sickness and Unplanned Absence

  • If classes are cancelled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, no automatic refunds are issued for memberships.
  • For live memberships, the teacher may, at their discretion, offer:
    • access to on-demand content, or
    • another reasonable alternative.
  • No substitute teachers are used.
  • Any adjustments related to illness are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Training and Professional Development

  • From time to time, classes may be cancelled or paused due to the teacher undertaking professional training or continuing education.
  • This forms part of maintaining a safe, informed, and high-quality service.
  • Where classes are affected:
    • Memberships are not automatically refunded
    • Class pass credits will be returned
    • Drop-in bookings may receive a credit
  • Advance notice will be given wherever possible.

8. Class Cancellations

Memberships

  • Cancellations are considered part of the nature of a rolling membership.
  • No refunds are issued for cancelled classes.
  • Where appropriate, on-demand access may be offered at the teacher’s discretion.

Class Passes

  • If a class is cancelled, the credit will be returned to the pass and remain valid within the original expiry period.

Drop-In Classes

  • Drop-in bookings are non-refundable.
  • If a class is cancelled, a credit may be offered for another class.

9. Low Attendance Cancellations

  • In-person classes may occasionally be cancelled if attendance numbers are very low.
  • In these cases:
    • Class pass credits will be returned
    • Drop-in bookings will receive a credit
    • Membership holders may be offered on-demand access at the teacher’s discretion.

10. Online and In-Person Substitution

  • If an in-person class is cancelled, an online class may be offered as a substitute, where possible.
  • This is not guaranteed and remains at the teacher’s discretion.

11. On-Demand Library

  • Some memberships include access to the Sada Yoga on-demand library.
  • While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, occasional technical issues may occur due to internet connectivity, software updates, or platform maintenance.
  • If you experience issues accessing the library, please contact Sada Yoga, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.
  • Refunds are not issued for temporary interruptions to the on-demand service caused by technical issues outside of our control.

  • Sada Yoga is not responsible for injuries sustained during practice or for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Participants are encouraged to practice within their own limits and seek medical advice where appropriate.

14. Health Responsibility

  • By participating in classes, you confirm that you are fit to take part in gentle movement-based activities.
  • It is your responsibility to inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health that may affect your practice.
  • Participants are encouraged to practice within their own limits and take rest whenever needed.

15. Class Start Times

  • Classes begin at the scheduled time.
  • Late arrival may not be permitted once the class has started, particularly if it disrupts the session or poses a safety risk.
  • If you arrive after the class has begun, entry may not be possible, and the class booking may be forfeited.
