Life doesn’t always make it easy to get to a class. That’s why I created the Sada Yoga On-Demand Library, a gentle, flexible way to stay connected to your practice, wherever you are, whenever you need it.
Inside the library, you’ll find a growing collection of inclusive, easy-to-follow sessions to support your body, mind and energy, whether you’ve got 10 minutes or an hour, whether you feel strong or just need to lie down and breathe.
