The Ashtanga method is a specific sequence of postures with a strong emphasis on syncing breath with movement. It is a dynamic all-round practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina in both body and mind.

Our “Nourish Your Nervous System” retreat offers a space for you to prioritise your well-being and learn techniques to support your nervous system, promoting a greater sense of balance and resilience in your daily life.

Through yoga, pranayama, sound therapy, and cold water immersion, you’ll discover ways to support the nervous system response and take a deeper look at the importance of vagal tone (the measurement of the activity and health of the vagus nerve).
