At Sada Yoga, I offer slow, mindful classes that honour the full human experience. Whether you join in Weston-super-Mare or online, you’ll find practices to help you soften, reconnect, and feel more like yourself.

My approach isn’t about pushing or performing, but coming home to your body, your breath, and your natural rhythm. Some weeks you might feel energised, other weeks you might need more rest, that’s all part of the practice.

Each class has its own flavour, yet they all share the same foundations: inclusive, unhurried, and guided by ancient wisdom and lived experience.

Sink into deep rest with a guided Yoga Nidra, soothing resonance of a Gong or Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This combination helps the body soften, the mind quieten, and the nervous system release some of its held tension so you can find a steadier sense of balance again.

We finish gently, with herbal tea, nourishing snacks, and a few unhurried moments to ground, reflect and come back to yourself before re-entering the day.

This Monday morning yoga class is your chance to slow down, breathe, and ease into the week feeling grounded and more connected. We’ll move through calming, accessible postures, explore mindful breathing, and give your nervous system space to settle so you can step into Monday with more clarity and calm. Come as you are. No experience needed. Just a little curiosity and space to begin.
