Yoga for Relaxation

Through a combination of gentle postures, mindful breathing techniques, and meditative practices, we focus on nurturing your nervous system, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation. Our session also includes Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice that promotes restorative rest and rejuvenation.

Our “Nourish Your Nervous System” retreat offers a space for you to prioritise your well-being and learn techniques to support your nervous system, promoting a greater sense of balance and resilience in your daily life.

Through yoga, pranayama, sound therapy, and cold water immersion, you’ll discover ways to support the nervous system response and take a deeper look at the importance of vagal tone (the measurement of the activity and health of the vagus nerve).
