A daily mindfulness practice can help you feel more focused and present whilst creating a sense of acceptance with our surroundings, thought’s and feelings. It’s a great stress reliever, as we learn to let go and relax into the present moment.
I like to start all my yoga classes with mindfulness so my students can feel grounded, centred and ready to be fully engaged in their practice.
