This 15 Minute Yoga Class is designed to get connected to your body, breath, and the present moment.
Suitable for beginners and for those who are feeling a little unmotivated, this practice is just enough to get the body moving and help you connect to the breath.
Keeping things simple, we start with a spinal warm-up, move on to some cat cows, a twist or two, and some forward folds to calm the nervous system.
I hope you leave this practice feeling grounded and centered.
All you need is your yoga mat, and you’re good to go!
